Exchange, Return, Refund & Delivery Policy
Please review our exchange, return, refund, parcel opening, payment, and delivery guidelines before placing your order.
Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow these conditions:
- ✓ Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
- ✓ Product must be in original condition, unused, with all tags/packaging intact.
- ✓ Customer will bear pickup and delivery charges of PKR 400.
- ✓ Replacement will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Return & Refund Policy
We offer a no-questions-asked return and refund policy for Pakistan deliveries only, provided that:
- ✓ You inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
- ✓ Requests after 24 hours will not be entertained.
- ✓ Product must be unused and in original condition.
- ✓ Customer will bear PKR 300 + 4% tax on total amount.
- ✓ It is the customer’s responsibility to return the parcel to our address.
- ✓ Refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Allow to Open Parcel
This service is available for our valued customers in Pakistan only.
- ✓ Customer must request this service within 1 hour of placing the order.
- ✓ Request can be made via WhatsApp, Instagram chat, or Facebook chat.
- ✓ A PKR 250 advance is required to avail this service.
- ✓ The advance will be adjusted in your total order if you accept the parcel.
- ✓ You may open the parcel before making the remaining payment.

Delivery Time: 3–6 business days.
Delivery Charges: Free delivery on all orders.

Delivery Time: 7–15 business days. Time may vary by country.
