We want you to shop with confidence. Please review our exchange, return, and refund conditions for Pakistan deliveries.

Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you wish to exchange an item:
- β Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
- β The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags/packaging intact.
- β The customer will bear pickup and delivery charges of PKR 400.
- β Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your replacement will be shipped.

Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a no-questions-asked return and refund policy, provided that:
- β You inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
- β Requests made after 24 hours will not be entertained.
- β The product must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags/packaging intact.
- β The customer will bear delivery charges of PKR 300 & 4% tax on total amount.
- β Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Important: All exchange, return, and refund requests are subject to product inspection after we receive the item.
