Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you wish to exchange an item:
- ✓ Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
- ✓ The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags/packaging intact.
- ✓ The customer will bear pickup and delivery charges of PKR 400.
- ✓ Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your replacement will be shipped.

Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a no-questions-asked return and refund policy, provided that:
- ✓ You inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
- ✓ Requests made after 24 hours will not be entertained.
- ✓ The product must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags/packaging intact.
- ✓ The customer will bear delivery charges of PKR 300 & 4% tax on total amount.
- ✓ Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Important: All exchange, return, and refund requests are subject to product inspection after we receive the item.
